Human Rights Strategy

The Company has developed a Human Rights (HR) policy and strategy, supported by an integrated implementation structure across all business units and its subsidiaries. The Company has established a human rights monitoring and due diligence framework to identify, prevent, and mitigate potential human rights risks arising from operational activities and business relationships. The implementation instruments for due diligence are supported by assessment tools aligned with internationally recognized principles and standards, including the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), GRI Standards, and relevant International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions.
