The aim is to prevent/minimize conflicts, promote successful project development outcomes, protect community rights, fulfill legal compliance with formal laws and be part of good development practice standards. If disputes or conflicts arise, we will respect long-term relationships with communities and prioritize solving problems through mediation to find mutual solutions.
