Through Astra Kreatif, TBM supports community-based economic growth by fostering business groups that utilize local resources and knowledge. A key initiative is the development of laying hen farming in Buas-Buas Hilir Village, which also helps strengthen local food security.

In the 2025 fiscal year, Astra Kreatif (Economic CSR) reached 1,911 beneficiaries in Tapin Regency, demonstrating the program’s effectiveness and measurable impact.
