JAKARTA, 23 July 2026 – The Lamandau Regency Government hosted the 2026 Lamandau Investor Gathering in Jakarta to strengthen collaboration with the business community and promote a sustainable, development-focused investment climate.
The event gathered representatives from the Lamandau Regency Government, the Ministry of Investment, the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs/Indonesian Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM), business leaders, and investors active in Lamandau Regency, Central Kalimantan.
Rizky A. Putra, Regent of Lamandau, thanked companies for their significant contributions to regional development through responsible investment, regulatory compliance, and impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes.
“We hope the strong partnership that has been established will continue to grow, creating a conducive investment climate, accelerating regional economic development, and improving the well-being of the people of Lamandau Regency,” he said.
Rita, S.Kom., Director of Region II at the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industry/BKPM, encouraged investors to remain actively involved in regional development through productive, inclusive, and sustainable investment.
She emphasized that close collaboration between the government and private sector is essential to achieving Indonesia’s national investment targets and supporting priority programmes that drive economic growth, create jobs, and advance downstream industrial development nationwide.
Recognising Commitment to Sustainable Investment
The 2026 Investor Gathering also recognized companies that have shown strong commitment to Lamandau Regency’s development through regulatory compliance and sustainable business practices.
On this occasion, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, through its Central Kalimantan subsidiary PT Nirmala Agro Lestari (PT NAL), received two awards.
The company received the Lamandau Regency TOP CSR Award 2026 for its Corporate Social Responsibility programmes, which have benefited local communities and supported regional development.
PT NAL also received an award for Compliance and Timely Submission of Domestic Investment Activity Reports (PMDN), recognizing its commitment to meeting investment reporting obligations as required by regulations.
