2. Skilled in fundamental electrical engineering, including electrical quantities, basic components, electrical circuits, power systems, electronics, electrical installation, and industrial automation

Develop data-driven models to enhance operational productivity, improve production forecasting accuracy, and enable computer vision based automation within agricultural operations and downstream manufacturing processes (such as product quality monitoring). The insights generated will serve as a foundation for strategic and tactical decision-making across plantation and processing operations.

1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science,Engineering, or other quantitative-related fields.

3. Proficient in Python, SQL, and/or R, and experienced with data visualization tools suchas Excel, Power BI, and Looker.

• Conduct business and user requirements analysis through coordination with users and related teams.
• Design system solutions (application architecture, flowcharts, ERD, and other technical documents).
• Develop web applications using PHP based on the companys operational needs.
• Develop mobile applications using Android Studio (Java/Kotlin).
• Design, manage, and optimize Oracle databases to support application performance.
• Perform API integration and connectivity between application modules.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure application quality.
• Prepare technical documentation and carry out handover processes to the operations team.
• Provide technical support, perform troubleshooting, and fix bugs on existing applications.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge and skills in web development using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter).
• Proficient in mobile application development using Android Studio.
• Solid understanding and experience in Oracle database design, management, and SQL queries.
• Familiar with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently or in a team with good communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Experience with Git or other version control systems, RESTful APIs, or Docker.
• Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles.
• Experience working in enterprise, manufacturing, or agribusiness environments is a plus.

• Prepare and Report monthly income tax, withholding tax, value-added tax (VAT), annual income tax, land and building tax (PBB).
• Do reconciliation and equalization between general ledger (GL) with calculation, to make sure the bookkeeping is correct at each income tax (PPh) or value-added tax (VAT).
• Assist in accounting and internal/external audit.
• Tax analysis, support tax audits, and assist the team on project management as needed.

• Min. Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance/Tax Have minimal 1 years experience in tax.
• Have knowledge about income tax (PPh)/ value-added tax (VAT) in Indonesia.
• Have good communication skills, attention to detail, and active-person.

• Conduct regular media analysis to identify issues, trends, and public sentiment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, government agencies, and external partners.
• Manage communication crises, including drafting communication strategies, official statements, and coordinating with relevant parties.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in economic desk reporting and/or crisis communication will be considered an advantage.
