PT Tunggal Perkasa Plantations (PT TPP), an oil palm company in Indragiri Hulu Regency, received the Best Immunisation-Supporting Company of 2025 award from the Riau Provincial Health Office. The award was presented at an official ceremony in Pekanbaru on Monday (2 March).
The award recognises PT TPP, a subsidiary of Astra Agro Lestari, for its consistent support of immunisation programmes for employees, their families, and surrounding communities. These efforts are implemented through PT TPP’s Plantation Clinic (Polibun) in collaboration with local health authorities.
Dr Fika Febrianti Arief, the Polibun doctor at PT TPP, attended the ceremony on behalf of management. Her participation demonstrates the company’s commitment to preventive healthcare for employees and the local community.
Victor Aybund, representing PT TPP’s management, expressed appreciation and pride in receiving the award. He highlighted that this achievement reflects the collective efforts of the entire team, especially the healthcare staff at Polibun.
“This award serves as motivation for us to continue improving the quality of healthcare services, particularly in supporting immunisation programmes as a vital preventive measure. We are committed not only to operational excellence, but also to fulfilling our social responsibility to consistently support improvements in public health,” said Victor.
He also stated that as part of Astra Agro Lestari, PT TPP is committed to sustainable practices that address environmental, economic, and social aspects, including public health.
PT TPP aims to further strengthen collaboration with local government and healthcare facilities to achieve immunisation targets and promote disease prevention through vaccination.
