Luqman Fajar Hakim, Community Development Area Manager for Central Kalimantan, stated in Palangka Raya that the company’s operations are founded on the principle of growing together with the community.

This commitment was communicated during a gathering and iftar in Palangka Raya with members of the press, as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration between the company and stakeholders.
He added that collaboration with various parties, including the media, is essential for maintaining transparency and ensuring the public receives accurate and balanced information.
He noted that strong collaboration will enhance the company’s positive impact amid industry changes and challenges.
For Astra Agro, he emphasised that success is measured not only by business performance but also by the direct social and environmental benefits experienced by the community. In line with the company’s Sustainability Aspirations, Astra Agro implements a 3P Roadmap strategy that focuses on Portfolio, People, and Public Contribution as the foundation for responsible, sustainable business practices.
Pingkan Nabilla, Central Kalimantan Area Corporate Social Responsibility Assistant, explained that this commitment is implemented through four main pillars: education, health, environment, and economy.
“Astra Agro is committed to improving the community’s quality of life through educational support and youth development,” she said.
This is also achieved through promotive and preventive health services, sustainable environmental management, and economic empowerment by supporting MSMEs, providing skills training, and creating productive business opportunities.
Through these Ramadan gatherings, Astra Agro aims to maintain strong relationships with the community and stakeholders, while reinforcing its role in promoting sustainable development in Central Kalimantan and other operational areas.
