Planter Development Program (PDP) is a training and advancement program designed for the future leaders in PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. PDP is a gateway for the young leaders who seek to innovate and create meaningful impact within the palm oil industry.

 

Who are we looking for?

To join the program candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

  1. Minimum education of Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
  2. Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in the palm oil industry
  3. Willingness to be assigned to Astra Agro work locations across Sumatra, Kalimantan, and Sulawesi

  2. Are willing to relocate in Sumatera, Kalimantan and Sulawesi
  3. Capable of good analysis, planning and thinking outside the box in problem solving
  4. Have desire to cultivate relationships with people from various background and capable of working together

Leadership Training

Starting on the first day, the young leaders will undergo leadership training in preparation for On the Job Training (OJT)

INCLASS TRAINING

The Inclass training provides you with the opportunity to learn more about the company business process. During this session, you will also get the chance to participate in sharing session with board of directors of the company

ON THE JOB TRAINING

This is the stage where the future leaders are assigned to their designated area within Astra Agro palm oil plantation for a further training in technical and management aspect.

EVALUATION

At the endofthe training, you will be assessed in a final evaluation. If you passed, congratulations because it means you are now part of the big family of Astra Agro Lestari.
