CHIEW SIN CHEOK

President Commissioner

Citizen of Malaysia, born in 1961.

Serving as the President Commissioner of the Company since 2018 and still holding the position based on the AGMS’s Resolution dated April 3, 2023.

He also serves as a Director of PT Astra International Tbk, Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk, PT Pamapersada Nusantara, and PT Astra Daihatsu Motor. Before joining Jardine Matheson in 1993, he worked in London with Schroders and PricewaterhouseCoopers (1986-1993). Since then, he has held various senior finance positions in Hong Kong and Singapore. Additionally, he served as a Commissioner of PT Astra International Tbk (2007-2016) and Vice President Commissioner of PT Toyota Astra Finance Services (2017-2020).

He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Science (Economics) degree in 1984. He earned a Master of Management Science degree from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, in 1985. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School.

He doesn’t have any affiliation with the members of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors of the Company. However, he is affiliated with the Controlling Shareholder of the Company, PT Astra International Tbk.

JOHANNES LOMAN

Commissioner

Citizen of Indonesia, born in 1959.

He has been serving as a Commissioner of the Company since 2020 and continues to hold the position based on the AGMS’s resolution dated April 3, 2023.

Currently, he serves as a Director of PT Astra International Tbk, Executive Vice President Director of PT Astra Honda Motor, Commissioner of PT Federal International Finance, PT Musashi Auto Parts Indonesia, PT Hitachi Astemo Bekasi Manufacturing, and PT Menara Astra. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Suryaraya Rubberindo Industries and Vice President Commissioner of PT Astra Otoparts Tbk. He joined the Astra Group in 1984 and previously served as the Honda Sales Operation at PT Astra International Tbk (1984-1999), Chief Executive of Honda Sales Operation at PT Astra International Tbk (1999-2000), Chief Executive of Daihatsu Sales Operation at PT Astra International Tbk (2001-2007), Marketing Director at PT Astra Daihatsu Motor (2006-2007), PT Astra Honda Motor (2007-2009), Commissioner at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (2015-2017), Commissioner at PT Sedaya Multi Investama (2017-2020). In addition, he also served as the President of the Federal of the Asian Motorcycle Industry (FAMI), Chairman of the Indonesian Motorcycles Industry Association (AISI), and the Chairman of the International Motorcycle Manufacturers Association (IMMA) (2018-2020).

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Parahyangan University in Indonesia.

He doesn’t have any affiliation with the members of the Board of Commissioners or the Board of Directors of the Company. However, he is affiliated with the Controlling Shareholder of the Company, PT Astra International Tbk.

ARIDONO SUKMANTO

Independent Commissioner

Citizen of Indonesia, born in 1961.

He has served as an Independent Commissioner of the company since 2020 and continues to hold the position based on the AGMS’s Resolution dated April 3, 2023.

Previously, he served as the Director of Criminal Investigation at the Banten Regional Police (2005), Chief of Police in Denpasar, Bali (2006), Director of Criminal Investigation at the Yogyakarta Regional Police (2007), Director of Criminal Investigation at the West Java Regional Police (2008), Senior Investigator level II at the Criminal Investigation Division of the Indonesian National Police (2009), Head of Installation and Forensic Laboratory at the Criminal Investigation Division of the Indonesian National Police (2010), Director of Criminal Investigation at the Indonesian National Police (2011), Deputy Chief of Police in Central Sulawesi (2011), Chief of Police in Central Sulawesi (2013), Expert Staff to the Chief of Police in Management (Sahlijemen) in Central Sulawesi (2014), Deputy Chief of the Criminal Investigation Division (2016), Chief of the Criminal Investigation Division (2016), and Deputy Chief of Police (2018).

He graduated from the Indonesian Armed Forces Academy in 1985, followed by the Police Academy in 1995, and later the Police Staff and Leadership School in 1999. In 2010, he completed his studies at the Police Staff and Leadership College.

He doesn’t have any affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, members of the Board of Directors, or major shareholders.

RATNA WARDHANI

Independent Commissioner

Citizen of Indonesia, born in 1976.

She serves as an Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the AGMS’s Resolution dated April 3, 2023.

Currently, she also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Examiners for Sustainability at the Institute of Certified Sustainability Practitioners (since 2023) and as a Member of the working group of the Governmental Accounting Standard Board (KSAP) (since 2016). In the academic field, she has pursued a career as a Lecturer and Researcher for the Undergraduate and Graduate Programs in the Department of Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (since 2001). Her previous roles include serving as an Audit Committee Member of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (2017-2022), Audit Committee Member of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (2015-2019), Director of the Undergraduate-Extension Program in Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (2014-2019), Director of the Postgraduate Program in Accounting, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (2013-2014), Audit Committee Member of PT BRI Agro Niaga Tbk (2012-2015), and Audit Committee Member of PT Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk (2010-2014).

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia in 1999, followed by a Master’s degree in Finance from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia in 2002, and earned a doctoral degree in Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia in 2009.
