The Company’s vision, mission and business strategies will be successfully achieved when its staffs are able to play well their vital role. The Company’s Managements will be assisted in making the best possible decisions for the achievement of these goals by improving business process through the implementation of an integrated Human Resources System. It is expected that the implementation of this system will ensure the optimal management of the Company’s Resources. The Company is more intensively implementing a cadre system in the area of employee development through Coaching and Counseling, which are followed-up by the formulation of Individual Development Plans (IDP) and Individual Career Plan (ICP) for each cadre. Through these endeavors to foster the professional and personal integrity of each member of staff, it is expected that with cadres processing professional integrity, solid morals, reliability and productivity, the Company will be able to grow and develop in line with its business targets.
