PT Pasangkayu, a subsidiary of the PT Astra Agro Lestari (AAL) Group operating in the palm oil plantation industry, distributed incentives to the Posyandu Merpati and Sayang Balita cadres at the Martajaya Village Office, Pasangkayu Regency, West Sulawesi on Friday, June 13, 2025.
The symbolic handover of incentive assistance was conducted by the Administrator (ADM) of PT Pasangkayu, Gunawan, accompanied by the Head of Administration (KTU) Ferdinand James, CSR Assistant Kartina, and the company’s CSR team, where this activity is part of PT Pasangkayu’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in the health sector.
The company reaffirms its commitment to continue making positive contributions to the development and welfare of the communities around its operational areas.
The head of Martajaya, Erni Abdul Kadir, appreciates the continuous support provided by PT Pasangkayu.
“Thank you for the concern of PT AAL through PT Pasangkayu. This assistance is not only in the health sector but also in other CSR fields. I hope PT Pasangkayu continues to progress and contributes to the community,” he explained.
In addition to incentives, PT Pasangkayu also provided material assistance in the form of zinc and wood for the repair of the Posyandu Merpati roof. This assistance was handed over directly by PT Pasangkayu’s Kmore, Ferdinand Jameses.
ADM PT Pasangkayu, Gunawan stated that the assistance is a form of appreciation for the dedication of the Posyandu cadres.
“We recognize the vital role of the cadres in maintaining the health of mothers and children as well as the quality of public health in the surrounding community.” “This assistance is a manifestation of our gratitude for their dedication,” Gunawan stated in his remarks on Saturday (14/5/2025).
KTU PT Pasangkayu, Ferdinand James added, this program includes the provision of cadre incentives, Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT), and material assistance.
“We hope this assistance is beneficial and somewhat helps the duties of the cadres. This program will also continue every year,” he explained.
The Posyandu cadres welcomed this program positively and expressed their gratitude for the attention given by the company.
“This assistance means a lot to us. It serves as an additional motivation to continue serving the community,” said one of the representatives of the posyandu cadres.
