PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI) has announced the distribution of a final dividend amounting to Rp 184 per share, derived from its net profit for the fiscal year 2024. In the preceding year, AALI distributed an interim dividend of Rp 84 per share on 24 October 2024. Fenny Sofyan, the Vice President of Investor Relations and Public Affairs, stated that the total dividend disbursed by AALI will amount to Rp 268 per share.
This resolution was ratified by shareholders during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on 28 April 2025. “The total distribution is Rp 268 per share, which includes an interim dividend of Rp 84 per share disbursed on 24 October 2025, with the remaining balance comprising Rp 184 per share,” she commented during a public expose.
In fiscal year 2024, Astra Agro Lestari reported a profit attributable to company owners, also referred to as net profit, of IDR 1.14 trillion. This figure represents a year-on-year increase of 8.67 percent compared to the preceding fiscal year’s net profit of Rp 1.05 trillion.
It is noteworthy that the cash dividend distribution reflects an increase from last year’s Rp 165 per share. The total dividend disbursed in the previous year amounted to Rp 247 per share. Ms. Sofyan further indicated that the remaining net profit will be classified as retained earnings for the company. Additionally, the AGM sanctioned changes to AALI’s board of directors and commissioners, with Djap Tet Fa appointed as the new president director, succeeding Santosa, who has transitioned to the role of president commissioner.
