The Company’s Net Sales increased by 19.1%, from Rp 7.42 trillion in 2009 to Rp 8.84 trillion in 2010.

This increase was due to 12.6% increase in CPO selling price from an average of Rp 6,242/kg in 2009 to an average of Rp 7,027/kg in 2010. The average price of the Company’s other products also increased, the average price of kernel increased by 57.4%, from Rp 2,586/kg in 2009 to Rp 4,070/kg, and palm kernel oil (PKO) increased by 48.6% from 6,204/kg to Rp 9,223/kg over the same period, while the price of palm kernel expeller (PKE) increased by 75.6% from Rp 340/kg in 2009 to Rp 597/kg.

Total CPO sales volume of the Company in 2010 stood at 1,111.52 thousand tons, an increase of 5.2% from 1,056.24 thousand tons in 2009. Out of the total 2010 CPO sales volume, 92.1% or 1,024.05 thousand tons were absorbed by the domestic market, while 7.9% or 87.47 thousand tons were exported.
