The Corporate Secretary acts is assigned to ensure good flows of information internally within the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors and management and externally with investors, the media and other stakeholders. The Corporate Secretary is also responsible to inform the Board of Directors on the latest developments in the Capital Market.

The position of the Corporate Secretary is assigned to Santosa, who is also the Director of the Company. The Corporate Secretary is assisted by a team within Corporate Legal and Investors Relations in implementing his everyday tasks and responsibilities.
The team of Corporate Legal is responsible to ensure that the Company has all necessary legal documents and complies with all prevailing laws and regulations in all of its business operations.
The team of Investor Relations is responsible to facilitate effective communication between the Company and all stakeholders. During 2012, Investor Relations organized a number of meetings, which include meetings with capital market investors, analysts, public exposes and participations in several events organized by securities firms, Indonesian Stock Exchange and other various capital market events.
